Insurance
At this time, VPS does not take insurance. Our providers are considered an Out of Network. You may be able to submit to insurance for reimbursement under your out of network coverage. Upon request, you will provide a super bill showing the services invoiced. VPS does not bill insurance directly. Please verify with your insurance any out of network coverage you may have if you plan to submit to insurance.
General Services
Therapy Services:
Therapy services are billed on an hourly basis based on retained service.
In addition to the Fee Schedule outlined in the Informed Consent document, VPS will accept other fee agreements that are standard or customary for a particular agency. Such referrals would be accepted on a limited case-by-case basis.

Psychological Testing
Psychological testing services are billed on an hourly basis. This ensures that clients are only charged for the time required to complete their evaluation. On a case by case basis, a flat fee may be charged if agreed upon in advance.
In addition to the Fee Schedule outlined in the Informed Consent document, VPS will accept other fee agreements that are standard or customary for a particular agency (ex: disability determinations for the State of Missouri, independent education evaluations for schools). Such evaluations would be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Forensic Services
Forensic Psychological and Consultative Services:
In addition to the Fee Schedule outlined in the Informed Consent document, VPS will accept other fee agreements that are standard or customary for a particular agency or court. Such evaluations would be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Forensic Evaluations are often complex and labor intensive. You should expect the entire evaluation process to take, at a minimum, 10 to 15 hours and include a record review, interviews, psychological testing, and collateral contacts, and report writing. Some highly complex evaluations can require 40 hours or more to complete. VPS will provide you with an estimate of the time required for your case and notify you if there are circumstances that may result in additional expenditures of time.
